  Service and timelines were impeccable. Office and field technician went above and beyond to make sure I had working heat on a Saturday night with temps in the low 20s. Great people and great company.

  I’m a customer since 2013. K & B is one of the most reliable service company I have dealt with especially with emergencies. Josh is always on time and trustworthy and is very nice to check not only the dehumidifier but also the overall condition of my hard to reach crawl basement. Would definitely recommend.

  Our AC stopped blowing out cool air over the weekend. Called K & B on Monday and they scheduled a service call for Wednesday. Received a call today to tell us Josh, the tech, would be there today instead. Josh arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Our AC unit had a large leak. Josh added freon which was all he could do. He informed us we would need a new unit which is okay since the one we have is 16 years old. Anyway, Josh was so nice saying how bad he felt that there was nothing else he could do. We were just so impressed with his professionalism. Hopefully the availability for a new unit and install will be soon. We really would like K & B to do the job. I have already recommended K & B to several neighbors. UPDATE. We had our new AC installed by Josh. Awesome job!! The office staff were great doing everything they could to get it ordered and delivered within days. Thanks Josh and Jennifer!!
