  We are seniors (80) and have a maintenance contract with this company. We called 2 days ago (Saturday) when our heat went out and were told that we had to wait and would be put on the list Monday. We were cold/uncomfortable the entire weekend. When I called twice this Monday morning, not only weren’t we on the list but didn’t get a call back. Not good. We would not recommend.

  Our HVAC unit stopped working they were able to come and repair the system the same day we called. Both employees were very polite and professional. We will continue to use this company in the future.

  I was so pleased to switch to Compass Energy after having used another large propane supplier for some time. I went from constantly feeling ripped off and like "just another account" to feeling appreciated and cared for. Andy Cannon came out and got us set up with our new service personally and was incredibly thorough and accommodating. My husband and I just really appreciate this company and the all around stand up job they do. Thanks Compass!
