Great customer service! We had an issue with our hot water heater. The previous company we contacted never showed and then would not return calls to set up a new time to come to our home, so we called Yeager's. Within 1 day, Dan was in our home to discuss options. In that 1 day time span, we also developed an unexpected heating issue upstairs. While reviewing options for our water heater, Dan took extra time to diagnose our heating problem, temporarily manage the problem for us, and offer advice on definitive management. We were able to easily fix the heating issue ourselves! Yeager's went above and beyond to help us out in a very stressful time without taking advantage of our expeditious needs. We will certainly be working with them in the future!

First, I am acting on behave of my 84 year old mother. She had a general cleaning of her furnace scheduled in Nov. The technician came and was obviously having complications because he had to call another technician to help. After about a month of me telling her I smelled gas in her house the furnace stopped working. She paid a fee to cover her for a year on service calls - around $150.00 so I advised her to call Yeaers back. When they came back they discovered a gas leak in her furnace pipe which they said was caused when the original technician cleaned it (put the valve on to tight). The issue was supposedly corrected. After he left I called her and she said her furnace was coming on every 7 minutes, which it had not done previously to all this. By this time it was after 7:00 P.M. when she called she was rudely told that many people didn’t have heat and that’s what they were prioritizing. Again, she didn’t sleep all night worrying about the situation. The technician came back the next afternoon and told her there was nothing wrong with her furnace - but adjusted the thermostat —which again, they could have made her aware of the day before. I left it go at that. I did contact the office because I was upset and talked to Sandee. She said she would investigate the situation and get back to me. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks I contacted them. The only words out of her mouth were “your mother is not getting a refund” then she hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and they wouldn’t pick up. Finally a girl named Kelly (I think) called me back. I could not get a word in. Every time I would try to talk she talked over me. After about 10 minutes of listen to her B.S. I hung up—I did ask her to please let me talk and she just continued to interrupt and talk over me so I knew at that point it was a lost cause. I have never been treated with more disrespect in my life. I just wanted some come of apology to my mom for the way they disrespected her and called her senile. At this point I feel with all the agitation this has caused she should get a full refund because if that leak wasn’t discovered she could have died in her sleep. I will go on all the social media I can and make people aware of how awful this company treats its customers.

They came to our house twice for the same problem and never actually fixed the issue. We called them to see if they would come back to look at it again and they never called to come back to the house. If they did, they did not leave a message that it was them, which is also poor quality service. We won't be calling them again.
