  I didn't wanted to down rated but they not serving public so i was upset, honestly. So I went home and ordered online what I needed. I'm understand they try to keep AC companies' status quo but maybe would be better to open for public. and serve guys like me, who try to fix by myself and save s..load of money

  The guys are eager to help and always friendly. If they dont have the part it stock, they give you a realistic time frame of when it will arrive.

  This place does not even deserve 1 star. I looked all over town for a HVAC supplier for a replacement part. They had the part in stock, but would not sell to me because I was not a HVAC contractor. The part is not available through homeowner friendly stores like Lowes.
