  To them it was probably just an 11 dollar part. To me, they saved the day!Other places sell to contractors only and turned me down. I could've easily ordered the part on amazon but it would've took 2 days to get here. They were knowledgeable, friendly and open on a Saturday morning. My daughters baby shower was great and we even had air conditioning. Thank you!

  I was sad to see the local store was closed to the public. So I definitely had my doubts I would describe the parts needed for my washing machine incorrectly. I had to order two different parts and they arrived the following day and fit perfectly. I can not recommend calling or stopping by the store when it reopens. Thanks again!!

  Severely overpriced, and rude. I had to exchange a part they told me was right. I had opened the bag the part was in, realized it was wrong, taped it up, drove 18 miles back up there, where I was met with 2 women treating me like a crook. I was told it looked suspect, like I traded out the part and returned it. I was forced to buy the second part, and wait 4 days to get the credit. I paid $50.00 for a part that was $19.00 online.
