Rude and unprofessional, they don't call you back, waited 3 weeks for service and never got any. Had to find another company. highly NOT recommended. Worst experience I had with a service company.

Called at 1145 and they were out within 2 hours they were here. Dusty and Li were very polite and worked well together. They were gone approximately 15 minutes and there was issue. Called the office and Dusty was back out and had everything cleared and working perfectly. Everything done well and for a terrific price. Thank you Dusty, Li and Climate Control.

All the gentlemen that came to replace ac/heat system were FANTASTIC.  Very professional and wiling to explain issues to me. The job they did was great, completely revamped the intake closet and above where Acoil sits. Outside unit was tied down and all new copper and pvc for drainage. God love'em. My husband and I were very pleased. Climate Control even took care of sending warranty information to American Standard. Also, every time I ever had to call office, all the ladies I spoke with were great. Very nice. Also, my husband and I felt we got a fair price. I figured out between the 3 gentlemen that came here to do the work, probably over 18 hours of man hours all together. Again, Thank you Climate Control.

Our family has worked with Climate Control and its owner Shannon Winchester since 2004.  We have had numerous homes over the years and have always used Climate Control to Service or replace AC units.
