I've used Air Design since moving to Pensacola a year ago. Recently we had our bathroom faucets updated. They do not drain completely now. Called for a tech to come back. They showed up promptly, then told me there's nothing they can do about it since the faucet we chose wasn't compatible with the sink we had (no issues before new faucets), we could possibly change out the black pipe was what I was told. Not sure why they didn't realize the problem when installing the first of 4; Be aware if you use them for this type of work you may be stuck with gnats and constantly wiping your sinks dry after each use We will be doing business elsewhere after spending a lot of money with this company for this type of result Very disappointed.

Greatly appreciate John coming out on a Friday night and quickly repairing a water leak. We are a family of six and could not go without water and they had amazing prices and great response time. We will definitely use air design systems again anytime we need their services.

I had a running toilet and a friend of mine recommended me air designs to fix. I called them up and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. 1st appointment went well and he did a good job and told me to just replace the flapper and it should be good. Should be an easy fix. After I replaced the flapper myself it would still run. Called again and had the same guy come out and changed another flapper and bill me a whole cycle. I felt I got somewhat scammed to pay double because who leaves a job not finished and then has the customer go to fix it themselves? All and all the staff was nice and worked around my requests for times to have them come out. Just felt like all this could have been done in one trip instead of 2.
