  Williamsons Heating and Cooling has done an outstanding job in replacing our heating and cooling system. Rob promised us an affordable and good quality unit, and that is what was delivered. His installation crew went above and beyond to get our system installed in a professional and timely manner. Thank you to everyone at Williamsons!

  We had Williamson's install a new air conditioning system at our house. We decided to use them because of their thorough measurements and explanations. Unfortunately, we had problems with the installation after that. We had a delay in the start date as we waited for the furnace for our unit in spite of assurances that they had all of the parts available. We were not contacted with a new start date and when we called, it turned out they were supposed to call us and were coming the next day. The unit did not fit in our space with the dampers that they had planned to use, the venting for the furnace did not fit well and we had to call several times to get them to finish our installation. The crews at our house were excellent but not really able to explain to us about problems and delays. All in all, the process took 3 weeks to complete when they had given us and estimate of 2 days after electrical upgrades were completed. Williamson's was the highest priced bid for this job and given all the communication problems, I'm not sure it was worth it.

  Hi Nancy, First of all, I would like to apologize for the communication issues that we both were experiencing during your installation. Unfortunately, product delays have been a very big issue this summer. The American Standard factory before the pandemic had 3 shifts but then had to go to only one shift during the pandemic. After the shift, they had to have a cleaning company come in and sterilize before they could resume manufacturing. This resulted in product delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

  Impeccable service! We had them install a mini-split and add a duct from our conventional HVAC system into our bar/networking closet. Both were done with precision and care. They masked everything off very well and after they left I don't think a trained detective would have known they were there! Since I was home the whole time due to Covid-19, They were great about following mask guidelines and keeping me in the loop about their progress, answering any and all questions I had with cogent answers. These guys know their stuff! Thanks Brandon, Chris, Rob, and everyone else at Williamson's.
