  Anthony Romero arrived early. He was masked and put on booties to protect my carpet. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made suggestions and with help from his office prepared a good quote. While I'm at the beginning stages of purchasing a new AC unit, I would certainly put them at the top of my list. I was looking at value, not necessarily price and he provided both.

  Ultra Air came out quickly when our ancient AC decided to give up in the middle of Tucson summer. They were able to keep the old unit going until our new unit was available. New unit was installed quickly and with attention to detail. The team covered the floors to keep everything clean, kept me updated on what they were doing, and communicated when there were any unforeseen difficulties/changes (for example, the thermostat needed to be moved). Everyone involved was friendly and professional.

  We bought a new house and needed someone to assess our system. Manny was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, then was super thorough when he got here. He explained in detail his assessment and recommendations, then patiently answered our questions. Excellent customer service!
