  Great people. Just don't think our communication was on the same page. They were suppose to have come out for an estimate and see whats wrong. They started doing a service call. I mainly blame myself. Only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because they misdiagnosed the problem and I would have saved money and not had to finish the job myself.

  Mr Raab, you called Whisler's to come and fix your leaking hydrant. Our service techs dug by hand, and diagnosed the issue. Replacing the hydrant required a larger hole, requiring a mini excavator. You told our techs to go ahead and get the equipment. After they left your job to retrieve the equipment you called the office asking for an estimate. When you were told that it was time and material and our hourly rates, you decided you wanted to do it yourself. This is after we diagnosed it for you. You signed our work card with the labor hours for your job, and told our techs that if you couldn't get it done yourself, you would call us back. It was only after we billed you for the time we had in your job that you posted this review. We are glad that you were able to repair it yourself, but we did provide a service for you.
