  Got a quote before another company even returned my email. Installation of mini splits finished in a few days and Matt asked my opinion about placement of units and wiring on the outside of the home. Professional and courteous, will use again.

  Great Service! When our AC installer of many years retired from the business, we called Frick’s when our heat pump stopped working. Matt was able to come analyze the problem the next evening (he works long hours!). When we discovered that our unit came with a lifetime warranty on the part that was broken, Matt advised us what to do and he worked with the distributor of that brand (even though it was not a brand he normally sells). When the necessary part was in hand, he came to install it on a Sunday morning and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about his field, polite, professional, and reasonable in price. We highly recommend him for any HVAC services you may need.
