Our heater went out in the worst of winter, it was an emergency situation and we had asked for Whisler's to fix it. Weeks went by with no contact other than a quote for a new heating system (We already had the extra heater we wanted to install and had told them a new unit was not necessary.) This was not the first time we had waited weeks for service in an emergency situation. Not sure how they stay in business...
