  Called Mike after a recommendation from a friend and he came out that day, said he found the issue and that it was the thermostat. Charged me $200 for a new one as he had one with him and he knew all about them. Fitted it and it worked . Good deal. Mike left and that went out about 30 minutes later, called mike who came back out the next day and said he fixed the issue, again, about 30 minutes later no power to the thermostat. Called mike again who said he would come around as soon as a possible, then nothing. Called him the next day, no answer, called again the day after, no answer. Absolutely shocking that I paid him $200 to install a thermostat that clearly wasn’t the issue and then he just ignores me. So your research people, if it’s not a simple job this man will run and hide.

  1 week from first call to install complete, and at least 10% less than the next lowest bid, for a better system. Also brought my filter into the house, much more convenient. Showed up, installed, and was done in 3 hours. No mess left behind.
