We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service we received from Long Refrigeration. Jesse, the technician, arrived 20 minutes prior to their three hour window, and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. After resolving the issue, he thoroughly inspected both of our AC units to ensure we wouldn't have any future problems. Our experience was a breeze, and very reasonably priced. We won't call anyone else for future issues.

Very pleased with the service. I had regular maintenance scheduled and they came and took care of me. When I had a problem a week later they took care of it quickly. I was impressed with both employees that came to our office. The office is also very friendly and eager to help.

I’ve called Long Refrigeration twice in a week for totally separate issues.  They responded quickly and did a great job.  Rob checked & double checked everything to make sure my family was safe, and was very professional & knowledgeable.  Joshua also did an amazing job, making sure everything was working properly before he left.

The salesman took lots of time to spec out the right HVAC system for our house, and then made good common sense points in terms we could understand. I highly recommend calling these guys out to bid if you are looking to upgrade your system.

We have never had an issue with this business before. We are on our 3rd call with them in 2 days to look at our HVAC system. Their first visit we were told it was fixed and would have heat. The next morning woke up to 57 degrees in the house and -2 outside with no heat. They came back and fixed that issue. Heat has been working all day and now it’s 72 degrees in the house and the system will not turn off either by reducing the temp or turning the system off all together. We will be looking at other options in the future.

They've been good to us for the 12 years we've been in the Comfort Club. Always on time for scheduled service. They provided after hour service on the ac and only charged for parts. Ac was running great in about an hour. Highly recommended.

These folks are #1! My heat went out over the weekend but it wasn't very cold yet, so I waited until Monday to call. Patty was able to get me in the next day (would have been day of but a couple of techs were out sick). Joshua arrived and explained there was a big issue, I would need a new unit, and it would be the beginning of next week before install. Panic since the temp was dropping with 20 degree nights. Joshua spoke with the owner and was able to let me borrow a couple of portable heaters. WOW! I received a call the next day from the owner and asked if I was available for install that afternoon. Another WOW! Within 24 hours I have a new furnance and heat just in time for freezing rain and temps. Matt did the install and was fantastic. The entire staff was awesome. I will always be a loyal customer of these guys. Thank you!

The compressor on an old central A/C in my house failed early in the morning on a Wednesday.  Started calling around for a new one at 8:00 AM and fortunately called Long's.  Long's had a service tech (Rob) out at my house before 10:00, he explained everything about my old system and a new system, gave me an estimate, and said they could install a new system by Friday morning.  Found this hard to believe, but Long's have the better A/C in Lennox, Long's has been in Ozark for 37 years, and a previous house I had down in Highlandville had a Lennox installed by Long's A/C that gave me 17 years of excellent service with ZERO service needed.  Long's was the lowest bid by far on this new system, I accepted their offer, and sure enough on Friday two technicians (Chris and Rick) showed up with the new equipment and started the install.  Chris talked me through each stage, showing exactly what he was doing and what I should do to maintain the system in the future.  Also explained how to set up the new thermostat, change the blower filter (Super easy).  Chris and Rick did the complete replacement and install in about 5 hours (after arriving 15 minutes early) and had the system up and running perfectly.  I am amazed at the quietness and efficiency of this new Lennox system, everything in this new system is FAR better than my old one.  I would highly recommend Long's to anyone in this entire area, they have been in business forever, have a huge list of satisfied clients, and are simply the best in the Ozark area!

WOW! IMPRESSED! This was the first service call that we had to make since LONG's installed our AC about three years ago. I called late yesterday evening, (MEMORIAL DAY), and tech JOSHUA LEWIS was at our door (in the middle of nowhere - about 40 miles from SPGF) at 8:15 AM! A few minutes later, our issue was resolved. WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, FRIENDLY SERVICE! THANK YOU!
