  He started fantastic, but then left us with a malfunctioning furnace that was brand new! He wouldn't return our calls, and never showed up with a scheduled appointment. I am so disheartened by him; we thought he was very personable and we had initially enjoyed conversations with him. We have now moved on to a different company.

  This man is wonder and came and fixed my fireplace the same day I called him. The other business I called was booked until December and was rather rude. I'm so glad I had Russell come out. The price was very affordable, and he took lots of time to explain what he was doing/how to properly use my propane fireplace. I already have plans for him to come back in the spring and do another job for me, I definitely would recommend this guy.

  Russell came out the same day we called when the other two places we tried said it would be two to three days. Showed up within the time frame he said he would with communication throughout the day letting us know if he was held up on prior commitments. Did not dilly dally when he arrived and got straight to work. Was quick and thorough and NEVER ONCE was there an attempt at an upscale. Charged exactly what he said he would and we ended up paying less than we had planned on paying when all was said and done. Cannot express in words how appreciative we are to find such an awesome and down to earth technician and I hope he gets a day off soon!!! A very family oriented business and you can tell Russell really cares about what he does!! We recommend Hicks A/C to anyone who will listen!!!
