  Todd in tech support is my hero! I recently moved to Denver from Atlanta and Todd helped me with adjusting my 2000STC. My webasto heater had a russian wiring harness, so I was full struggle bus. Thanks for all your help today Todd!

  Voice mail, even during working hours. But Webasto technician never called back. I already have 3 Webasto heaters installed but the forth one will be Eberspacher D5 Maybe their service will take it's customer more seriously than Webasto did? Goodbye Webasto.
