  We have been doing business with First Choice Heating and Cooling for about 15 years and have always experienced excellent customer service. Their staff is very well trained and they have competitive prices. We highly recommend them. Their maintenance plan is well worth the cost.

  I had this company come out and quote my family with several options. None of them were cheap (but the quality was all but guaranteed to be there). They are courteous, timely, respectful and considerate of your needs (and wants). I have had several quotes from the company ranging from duct work replacement to mini split installation. We ultimately made a decision to go another direction, but only due to cost constraints. They have the know-how and the skills. Give them a call. Pleasant phone staff as well. UPDATE (3/1/2022): I just called and spoke with Mary about AC tune-up recommendations. She was pleasant and respectful. This company treats customers with respect and understands that people have to ask questions to understand how things work. I have had another company get upset with me for not using them after receiving a quote, this company is not like that at all. I have had technicians and the owner out to my property. Everyone has been kind and has the expertise you count on. Rather than bashing the competition, this company focuses on solutions for you...that's just what you want in a company. I'll be using First Choice for my future needs and before long (hopefully) I will be scheduling my first AC tune-up for this 3 year old house (as the AC doesn't work correctly for us).

  Have been using First Choice since 2009.. Always appreciate the professionalism and promptness of every technician and staff member we have encountered. Rob was very timely, courteous and thorough on his visit. We appreciate the company and techs always being upfront and honest if anything is needed updated or replaced with honest pricing answers too. Thumbs Up!
