We Restoration did a great job cleaning up our HVAC unit and carpets after we found out there was some mold accumulating there.  They were very quick and responsive in all their communications and the technicians were on time and highly professional.  I would certainly recommend them and use them again!

Overall a good inspection.  Ready to answer any question I had and very patient when I called.  Good response times, crew was professional and showed up on time for everything.  We had remediation done in our basement.  Things have never looked so clean and new.  Air quality is much improved and I feel confident in continuing our remodel.  Greg was great and even gave some helpful tips on how to ensure we did everything possible to avoid similar future problems.  Highly recommend.

I was in the process of selling our house and discovered mold in the crawlspace. We were also heading into the holiday so it made it extra challenging.  Greg was able to come out the very next day and provided results the day after Thanksgiving when most companies were still out of office.  He went through the results thoroughly and options for remediation so that I would understand everything.  He was even nice enough to take my multiple phone calls afterwards as I tried to digest all the information.  Lastly, Greg was able to help secure additional appointments needed for re-testing and diagnosis for source of moisture.  I felt that I was really taken care of by him and We Restoration.  Unfortunately, I did not personally hire for the work due to the buyer's request to manage the work and timing for completion; otherwise, there was no question that I would have used their services.  Their pricing is fair and excellent customer service.   If I ever had another problem, We Restoration will be my go-to provider.

We were very impressed with Greg and his company.  All workman were professional and competent.  There were many steps in our mold removal and treatment of the problem. The team at We Restoration is awesome! We’ve used them for both indoor mold remediation and external water proofing services. Both times the teams at the office and at our home were professional, timely and responsive. Highly recommend this team!

The owner was like a used car salesman.  He said everything that we needed to hear when our business was taking in water.  When they came out, we were quoted a huge amount of money, but what choice did we have…no other company had the capacity to help. Second, the work was stopped when they thought it was time to stop, not when the job was done.  Third, the second day, the workers showed up in poor attitudes and did very little work. Fourth, we had to close and we’re charged for things that they did not do, and for equipment that should have never been put down in the first place. We were over charged for something that he said was in line with company standards which we confirmed was NOT true.  Is putting electrical equipment (fans) in water standard practice?  Fifth, we were harassed constantly from the owner when asking for payment and was rude. He threatened to put us in collections after 10 days when the “contract” (which was really an invoice) said 30 days it would start charging interest and they had discretion to submit to collections.     Overall, it was a horrible experience.  The company might be good at small jobs, but just think about this, what company has a non-disclosure agreement readily available?  Hmmm…makes you think.

We are sad to read this review, as our standard is very high and we usually get good reviews.
We will address all the points you mentioned as some of them are misleading, one sided and subjective.

I was truly offended to read that you described me as a used car salesman (Not that there's anything wrong with used car salesmen), but I guess your intention was to offend.
Anyway -
1. You called us on Sunday Labor day weekend, I advised that we are fully booked & we will come on Tuesday. You begged us to come the same day and do the work on Monday and that 2 or 3 other companies bailed out on you. As you described the situation being so critical and that brought a crew in (including paying them triple and asking them to come back from a vacation home that they just rented for the weekend).
2. Obviously the price will be higher than any regular weekday or even weekend. But this is not the main reason the price was high, it was high because you had a HUGE damage in your facility!
3. The work stopped when we realized after 6 hours of extracting (when usually that amount of water should take 4) that water was still coming in. Then, at this point, we told you that there is something going on behind the wall (a leak for example). We agreed that we would come back the next day and inspect the water level. We also agreed that you will speak with the plumber and/or utility company to figure out what is going on with the water coming in. We left the machines running in order to control the humidity and make sure no secondary damage would happen to the lanes (Wood). Our machines were not in the water.
4. The company (that you hired after us), same company that your insurance sent you, after finally picked up your phone calls, the same company that told you that we put too many fans, the same company that is well know in our industry to do a very bad and cheap job, the same company that we come back to clean up mold that grows because of their cheap work at least twice a month on average. Yes, you took their word that we charge you guys for too many fans. You had a LOT of equipment there, in order to dry about 50’-60’ of an affected wet area. When water damage happens, there is a need to dry up everything!!
5. “Harassed” - a very big word you are using here. On 09/08 we emailed you the invoices, as according to our contract, the final payment was due on the last day of the work. on 09/14 ( a week after) emailing you guys a request for a status update about payment, the same day, you emailed us saying the landlord is not happy about the bill and not sure if he wants to pay (Although, the contact was with you and not the landlord). On 09/17 you asked for an extension, then we asked how much time you need, then you wrote a very unpleasant email, after the email you sent us, we did not want to give any extension and wanted you to stand behind our contract without any favors. In your business, you get paid before your customers even use your product. We get paid after we do the actual work.
6. We were not happy with how things turned out, we really think George is a nice guy and we took this job only because you, Stacy, cried over the phone asking us to help you.

We run our business with a very high level of ethics, we perform on a high level and we achieve our professional goal for our customers. The damage in your facility was huge and we did a lot to control it and reduce the damage and future damage.

We take this job and your feedback and learn from it.

We were impressed with WE Restoration from the first moment we met Greg Krowitz. After having mold inspection and testing done by a seperate company, we contacted five companies to review our project and provide us a quote. We Restoration was the only company that reviewed the detailed lab report from the mold testing that we provided *prior* to coming to our home. Greg arrived prepared. Greg assessed the project areas and immediately made mental connections to how the hidden mold in our newly purchased home was making us sick. He crafted a detailed plan of action and submitted a proposed scope of work to us. Although costing the most out of the 5 quotes we received, this company provided us the most comprehensive scope of work for remediation. Additionally this company not only had the certifications, but the employees clearly had the scientific and legal knowledge, and technical expertise to get all of the job done and to get it done right. While completing the work (May 26 - 28, 2021) the team was respectful of our property and items and we did not record any damage to our home or belonging after the work was completed. The team communicated with us every step of the way and were very professional. After the work was completed we had a post-remediation test completed by MI&T and the results came back clear. We Restoration did such an excellent job treating our home for mold that the test results came back that our home's interior air quality (in terms of mold) was better than the control sample of air quality from outside. We highly recommend this company.

I am so thankful we found We Restoration. We had a range of water damage and mold issues in our basement. Their general manager, Itai, is responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Their work was professional and thorough. In the course of dealing with the issue, we had people ranging from a basement waterproofing company, 2 sets of contractors, a mitigation company sent by insurance, and others comment on how We Restoration does excellent work. Having mold and water damage puts one in a vulnerable position as you very likely don’t know what needs to be done to fix the issue, and you’re somewhat at the mercy of the company doing the work. Throughout the process and now with it completed, we have had the utmost confidence in the work being done, as well as the honesty of We Restoration. We previously had a smaller job handled by one of the larger restoration companies in the area, and felt their work to be sloppy and unprofessional. While you are likely having a bad day if you are looking at reviews for restoration companies, I will tell you that hiring We Restoration will be a choice that will give you peace of mind soon.

We Restoration are incredible professionals who worked professionally for mold remediation in our home. The staff was friendly and we received great customer service. They are prompt with returning calls, unlike many other local companies I found.  Most importantly, the work was done correctly and on time, and they finished from start to end in three days.
We were also very pleased with the level of expertise they had in order to tackle the job.
They made a very unpleasant situation with mold and water damage in our house a lot easier to handle after they showed up.

Their first class service made me feel much more calm, relaxed, and assured that my nightmare mold situation was being handled correctly and by the BEST TEAM. When they were done, I had a third party come in to inspect the clean up and test to confirm the mold was gone, as soon as I told them WeRestoration did the work, they immediately were overjoyed and said they know the good quality work that WeRestoration does. Hearing that made me even happier. The third party tests came back a few days later and all the mold was confirmed gone/eliminated.
