The plumbing technician, Cameron, was very professional and knowledgeable.  He was on time, assessed the problem, and gave me a quote.  He completed the job in a timely manner.  This is the first time I have used Vito Plumbing and Heating but won't be the last time.  I found them in the Washington DC Best Picks Report, and I am glad that I did.  Their pricing is reasonable, and I am very pleased with the service I received.

I highly recommend Vito for their plumbing services. Bobby was great. He replaced a tub drain for me quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, and instead of being intent on upselling me, he figured out the most cost efficient way of doing the repair. He cleaned up the work site before he left, and clearly took pride in his work. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

The plumber, Bobby, showed up on time and did a thorough diagnostic checkup of two toilets.  I thought I would need a new one but Bobby was able to perform the necessary repairs/resets.  He was very professional and personable.

Erik was most professional and kind. He was very knowledgeable about the problem with my faucet. It was a difficult repair, which he handled with patience and confidence. He returned twice to install parts that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. I shall always be happy to request Erik for any future work. A very pleasant experience!

the Vito team gave us a quote quickly, and scheduled the replacement of our Hot Water Heater within a couple of days.  Jamie did a fabulous job and he was professional and took care of the house and made sure not to leave a mess when he left.  10/10 would definitely recommend them and will 100% use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Heat pump broke on one of the coldest days of the year. Vito Services got a technician (Jamie Garcia) to my house within 3 hours. Jamie was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Was able to troubleshoot a grounded wire on the outside unit which was causing a fuse to blow on the inside unit. Repair was done in about an hour. Wore a mask and shoe coverings while in the house.

Bobby arrived on time and inspected the showers and faucets.  He also shared a lot of information about the house that we did know.  It’s good to have the same technician come to the house over several years and report on its condition.  We’ll look forward to seeing him again in a few months.

Joseph showed up within a few hours for an emergency call when my heat was not working. He was so incredibly responsive to my questions and showed me everything he did.  He was quick, efficient, and patient. I could not have asked for a better experience. Super wonderful service and a great company!

Bobby was very kind and took his time to explain to me what was going on. He went above and beyond, leaving my bathroom in the same clean shape that it was before he came. I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed with his service that I felt inclined to do so.

Dennell Huntley, from Vito plumbing, did a fantastic job on our kitchen sink. He was very attentive, spent way longer than is customary for such a job. I have had many plumbers come over, do the minimum and leave. Only to have the issue rear up again. He spent close to two hours to ensure he found out what was really going on in the clogged sink that was leaking water. Very appreciative of your attentiveness Dennell! certainly makes me want to go back and use Vito on a regular basis.
