  First, David G. was amazing! I called Vredevoogd Saturday and was able to get a technician here for a non-emergency appointment by Wednesday. Since they installed the furnace with a warranty, there was absolutely no charge. They also have a text service to alert me to the techs arrival, they sent me a picture of the tech as well. Dave, the tech, was fantastic. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing, including the science behind it, while I sat and watched him troubleshoot my problem at the furnace. I cannot say enough good things about Dave, his personality, his professionalism and his knowledge.

  I loved everything about my service. My Tech explained everything to me and even stayed in my home using his personal time to call the sales team to get my furnace replaces as soon as possible when I was without heat in the middle of a snow storm. A sales rep came out that night at 8 pm to help me purchase the correct replacement furnace and had an installer out in two day. I would recommend them to anyone. I think it was a little bit on the expensive side but the service and guarantees made it worth it.

  David was the tech who made my visit this morning. What a professional! Very informative, knowledgeable, respectful. We moved into our house late in the fall and David came out to do a quick tune-up to our furnace, and now we know a ton more about its’ age and overall condition. Will be calling Vredevoogd on future projects and maintenance.
