  Mark was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and he came out the next day to look out our furnace. The time frame he gave us was on point. The service guys were very nice and did a fantastic job. Jackie was super sweet. Great communication all around and great customer service. The price was reasonable especially compared to other places.

  Today Brian & Tim from RW Lapine installed our Furnace and Air conditioner today. They where on time and explained everything we needed to know about our new heating and cooling system. Mark the manager was very helpful as well. We highly recommend this team and company. Thanks you three for making our home warm again. Walt
