  I had bad experiences with AC companies. Von's was a breath of fresh air. Ernie came in, and found the leak in no time. GM Derek came to discuss options of repair or fixing. No pressure to buy a new unit even though we went with the new option. Rafeal started the install, and Chris Stayed late to complete the job. Great group of guys. Would highly recommend Von's as your heating, and air company.

  Accepted offer work to be done Friday Derek was very professional and helpful Thank you for your time So just a quick update all work has been completed we just had inspection and duct cleaning about a week later outstanding work Rafael took care of us for duct cleaning such a polite and patient man. Thank you so much for all your help five stars for sure. Great company folks highly recommended!!!

  We have done business with Von's for over 20 years. They have always provided professional, prompt service. Von's is able to analyze the problem quickly and provide several solutions. Yesterday, Josh came out and diagnosed our old system. He was very honest and went the extra mile to inform us of the trouble. That is a plus for anyone! Today Chris and Rafael came out and were the installers of a new 4 ton York system (quiet and cools like a charm). They were punctual, professional, and kept us informed along the whole process. Additionally, they were friendly and considerate, leaving everything in good shape. I appreciate so much the personal service. Derek, the general manager went out of his way to ensure that everything was progressing well. He stopped by to meet us and give us personal service. I recommend Von's highly. Thank you to Josh, Chris, Rafael, and Derek. We are happy customers! 😊
