  Technicians were great. Darron came to do a routine maintenance and found issues with our heat exchanger. He immediately called a senior tech to verify and present us with options. Ben came that evening, checked our unit and confirmed there there were issues with the heat exchanger, verified that there was no CO2 leaking into our home and offered us two options, fix or replace. Since our unit was just turning 10 and we hoped to get a few more years out of it, we opted to replace the heat exchanger. Ben returned to install the new heat exchanger a few days later, made sure all systems were working correctly and did the work in a prompt and professional manner. We have been customers of Vernon for many years and the superior service these two techs gave us is the reason why we will be faithful customers for many more years.

  John Beardsley, Senior Field Specialist, came to do a tune up for my furnace today. He was very professional and trustworthy. He was thorough and provided excellent information on what needed to be done to our unit. We ended up deciding on replacing the unit because of John's sincere and thorough assessment. I appreciated having someone I knew I could trust. We had used Vernon in the spring for our AC tune up and had a great impression of their business then too. But John really blew us away in his customer service and expertise.

  Vernon Hearing and Air Conditioning is exceptional. I have been using them for 25 years and they have always been completely professional and reliable! Ryan Jackson, the vice president of operations, has been an incredible and consistent specialist who has always made himself available for any questions or concerns I’ve ever had. You could not find more personal attention. Matt, is a senior level technician that does a phenomenal job keeping my systems running smoothly. They’re the best!
