  The crew installed a new heat pump system for our addition. They have been very knowledgeable and responsive and pricing is fair. I'd be glad to work with Frank Cullen Inc. again.

  My family has been using Frank Cullen since 2014. We have received top-notch service from the start. Most recently, Jason responded to an urgent need (broken AC!) quickly and professionally. He and his team worked day and night to find a nearly impossible to find (due to supply chain issues and an aging system) replacement part for our AC. The temps were rising and our home was hot! He worked hard to find the only remaining part in the US, drove to pick it up and had it installed in our home within 24 hours...on his day off. We appreciate the team going over and above!

  We have found the HVAC company we will always use! Our previous company was bought by another and the service turned horrible when we tried them over the summer. This week, our unit was having issues and from a friend's recommendation, we tried Frank Cullen Inc. Not only were they very responsive, he pointed out all the issues created by the previous company. He fixed the issue and was excellent at explaining it. All service technicians are masters in their field. We feel 100% comfortable with company and trust them! You will too! Give them a call! Bev.
