  I highly recommend the Falcon Company. This is actually a review for 3 service calls - 1 for scheduled heating season furnace check-up, and 2 for a problematic fresh air intake system. On each occasion, the service technicians were highly knowledgeable, patient and thorough in their work. Thankfully they arrived donning shoe coverings and masks, requiring no prompting from me. They were also very responsive to my questions and comments and extremely polite. A great asset, I am happy that we have this trustworthy company available in our area to service our HVAC system.

  Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning was very responsive to the issue we had in our home. They sent out a technician on a weekend to review the issue with our heating/cooling system. Unfortunately our repair required parts that were not in stock, however, the technician gave us advice on how to avoid a complete failure to our heating system in the middle of winter while we waited for the parts. Falcon was able to schedule the repair in less than one week. Additionally, the technician arrived two hours AHEAD of his scheduled arrival time once the parts were available. Our technician was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with their work!

  Falcon gave me a window for when the tech would arrive but had the tech call me 30 minutes before he arrived so I didn't miss too much time away from work. The tech, Ricardo, was efficient and knowledgeable. There was an issue with our central humidifier system and Ricardo worked on it until he was able to determine the issue. He could have easily said I would need to schedule a repair separately. Many see a Service Contract as a rip-off or a waste of money. Falcon contacts me for my bi-annual services and they do a thorough inspection of every component. Highly recommend Falcon HVAC.
