  When I first had a new furnace and heat pump installed in 2013,the customer service was outstanding. Now, I have waited several months with a bad thermostat. Also the last person who did any work here was downright rude. I was told that they know he's that way and I should just give it right back to him. Seriously?

  The Charged my day $276.00 for one pound of freon, spent 30 minutes only at my house, added freon check unit w/gauges and cleaned condensor. Outrageous high price
