  My husband and I hired Shepard and Shepard to come take care of a plumbing issue outside of our home. They sent a guy over and he was here less than 20minutes before requesting payment of $135 and leaving. He claimed that everything was fine. We should not have given him payment right away because we then hired Roto Rooter and they found tree roots and we had to pay them also. I tried talking to the owner of Shepard and Shepard and have given him ample time to make it right! I did not recieve any compensation for their horrible service! Very disappointed! And I will make sure everyone knows what kind of service we recieved!

  Prompt and thorough work for our full house air conditioner. Will definitely be using this company again if the need arises.

  Called on Wednesday & got an appointment to have my toilet looked at on Friday at 1:00. Never showed up, never called. Notified the office & never heard back. Never again!!! Beware of this company...... Unreliable!!!
