  Wanted to place an online order but shipping wasn't adjusted for cuts and prorated for Fedex (LTL 1.5x cost of order). Online process asked for payment info which I didn't feel comfortable since order was $150 and shipping was $260+. I called and spoke with what I first thought was a very helpful gentlemen who told me to proceed with the order and they will contact before charging anything to adjust for shipping. I did so and was charged $400+ immediately. I called back right away and was greeted by a lady who said she would look into it and get back right away. she never did. I called end of day and got back in contact with the lady I first spoke with and explained again what was going on. She then informed me the product I wanted was not even in stock and told me they could "hold" my payment until next week. I said I would like to cancel the order. Still have not received my money back when all I wanted was a quote on shipping. Sad method of business. I was really excited to start working with these guys.
