  I had a new heating/AC system installed. Mike and Chris were punctual, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. They kept the workspace neat and explained each step of the process. The system works great, and it was simple to get a quote. I have used this company for past yearly service, and they are reliable and have expertise.

  Mr. Allen was wonderful but now his son took over and the customer service has gone down hill! I had an appalling experience with them. They advertise 24 hour service but when my mother's 3 year old furnace (purchased and installed by Allen) failed this Sunday, they refused to send anybody out. They also couldn't be bothered to install the new thermostat that was to come with the furnance, they left it in a box on her table. When she had an issue with the furnace in under a year, they charged her $90.00 but had no answer as to what went wrong. Terrible!! If you see this, please do not waste your time or money on Allen's!!!!!

  I have used Allen Refrigeration for years, and they have always been so nice and helpful and do a GOOD job. The owner, Mr. Jim Allen, is one of the most honest people I know, and I can say this from personal experience. If anyone truly had a problem, they just had to call Mr. Allen, and he would have made it right.
