  I can't say enough positives about this Company and the people in it. Always professional, courteous, deliveries on time, good price and my heat works like a dream. Thank you Rheaume heating.

  I have been a loyal customer since I bought my home in 2016. Recently, I have been experiencing some financial problems so did not want to fill up the oil tank completely and clearly stated this on the phone while asking if I could get $200 worth of oil. I was surprised when I got the bill for almost $400.00, they had filled the tank when I clearly requested the minimal amount. When I called, the woman on the phone was rude, condescending and made no effort to correct the error, offer any apology or rectify the situation in any way. I will never order oil from them again or have my furnace serviced by them! For the last 5 years, I got all my oil delivered and service from them but the way I was treated while experiencing financial hardship is indefensible. Get a clue. There are many oil companies around here and we just got natural gas lines put in. I would think they would want to stay in business but not the way they treat good customers!

  We just had a job completed by Uncasville oil. New AC unit and a furnace. Bill came out and looked at what we needed. We received a quote in the mail. We were surprised how reasonable the price was. We set up the installation date and time. Bill and his employees arrived right on time and were courteous and respectful of our home. They worked all day and finished the next day ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier with their job performance. I would absolutely recommend this fine company.
