They were great with all communication. We purchased and installed a water softener system for the house and had many questions. They answered them all. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and we felt great with him doing our service!

I called U.S. Mechanical with questions and concerns of a burnt plastic smell in my home. The tech (Rob) called me within a few minutes to discuss and answer my questions. He was then able to come out to my home within 30 mins! Rob quickly found the issue and repaired what was needed. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Made sure I understood everything and felt safe. Wasn't the typical "pushy salesman" just voiced his recommendations and left me with a lot of great information to make a decision with my husband. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future maintenance and repairs.

Do not recommend this company. Their “master mechanic” came to fix our heater, claimed they did, and the next day it was out again. When I called I was talked down to like a child, or maybe just because I’m a woman. I was scolded for waiting a couple of days to call. Another technician came back and “fixed” it again, you know after charging another absurd amount of money, claiming that the first tech didn’t replace something he should have, and yet again it’s not working. We woke up to our home being freezing. I won’t dare call again and be talked down to or waste more money. Save your money and don’t get scammed, go somewhere else. We’re out hundreds of dollars and still left with no heat.
