  Ryan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and kind! I felt like we were in great hands! Prices are a great value especially for the quality of service! Admin staff has been wonderfully helpful and Craig has gone above and beyond to help give us a few tips even before we had anyone come out. Outstanding all around!

  I worked on a problem for my air conditioning for around 8 hours to no avail. I called classic heating and air conditioning, and was told a tech would call back within an hour, a tech did call back within that time frame. I was told he could figure it out over the phone within 10 minutes, and again he did. Amazing, I wasn't charged for the call and my problem was solved promptly. They have earned a customer for life. Thanks so much for the help!

  We have used Classic Heating & A/C for many years and have been extremely satisfied each and every time. Their communications with us before, during and after a visit is excellent. All tech personnel are extremely knowledgeable. Preston helped us out on our last service call when our furnace quit working. Preston was on time, extremely polite and courteous. His knowledge base of the furnace allowed to quickly diagnose the issue, identify the part and replace it in a very timely manner. Kudos to Preston and Classic Heating & Air. Thank you !
