  Our furnace stopped working and after waiting for a call back from a different company, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until 12/4. I called L&L at 3pm and they were able to come out at 8am the next day. Nick was so nice and professional and did the repairs quickly so we now have heat. This was such a positive experience, I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

  I purchased a high efficiency air-conditioner with L&L which required an old humidifier to be removed from the plenum box. After sourcing different alternatives to get a new one installed it became ineffective as the new coil for the air conditioner limited the space available for the humidifier to be installed. L&L found a way to install the new humidifier and did it with a quick and easy solution. Jordan was amazing, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Huge Kudos to Jordan and Larry the owner for getting this done!

  From the start, Tim was an amazing representative of L&L to work with. Outstanding customer service. The team of guys that ended up doing our install on our new furnace and air-conditioning units killed it. Very nice and very professional. Finally, at our most recent service call to check on our equipment, we were again blown away with the level of customer service we received. So nice to know that we are being taken care of but can rely on having a great experience with these folks.
