  Dimitri saved me (at least) thousands of dollars when he saved me from throwing my money away at a Thumbtack HVAC scammer who wanted to gut my furnace. I was panicking because it was the middle of winter, I was leaving for a wedding the next day and could not risk not having a functional heating system for fear of my pipes bursting. I called Dimitri to get his opinion and he told me straight up I was being scammed. Dimitri then showed up less than an hour later and patiently and methodically went through my furnace, explaining each component and his thought process. Transparent, reliable, thorough, honest, unbelievable fair in pricing, you will be hard pressed to find a better more trustworthy HVAC tech. I was so impressed with his work that I will be using him for my future furnace and AC replacement.

  Honest, fast and reliable!! After another local company telling us we needed a new furnace, we got a second opinion from Heatwave. SO GLAD WE DID! We did not need a new furnace, just a new part. There are still honest service companies out there! We will recommend Dimitri and his crew from now on for all residential needs! Thank you!!!!!
