  Amazing! Very friendly staff, they were able to come out and take a look at our unit within about a week or so even though they're very busy. They explain everything and do good, honest work. If the AC ever breaks again, I'll be calling them first!

  One of their techs, Boyd, came out in July to give me a bid on installing a couple mini split systems in our house. Never heard back. 2 or 3 weeks later I emailed, no response then talked to an irritated admin and no response. I know summer is the busy season but wasting people's time then ignoring them is no way to deal with customers.

  My initial experience was fantastic. Recently the company understandably canceled my work due to weather. Was told they would call to reschedule, but they didn’t. When I called back they told me they’d call me back. They didn’t. When I got someone on the phone they told me they had a big job and maybe could do it next week. When I asked to speak to manager to try and advance the work, manager said they could do nothing. I suggested they could have called me back. I tried to explain they had made a mistake in not rescheduling me right after it happened, but manager would not let me speak. Admittedly I was angry and expressing it, and I said, “excuse me please let me finish what I’m saying.” Manager hung up on me. I wish them all success in the future but I don’t recommend.
