I can't give enough credit to this company. A simple mistake did not turn into the headache I was expecting. That type of service is unheard of these days. I can honestly say this company holds very high standards of customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of in a very professional manner. Ben A was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what was going on with my furnace and he got my humidifier working!  He answered my many questions and took the time to show me how to do things on my thermostat, humidifier and furnace.  Customer service at its finest!

I hired Allied to clean and inspect our furnace in preparation for the sale of our house. Ben came out and did and exceptional job. Everything was cleaned properly, and he checked everything I asked him to check on behalf of the buyer. Ben offered us some stress relief during a stressful time, which we greatly appreciated!

This company has way more on their plate than they can handle which leads to poor quality service all around. We live in a new build that Allied completed everything for and it has been nothing short of disastrous. We have been in our home over a year and have probably had 10+ tech visits for various reasons.

First, when we first moved in we had no AC in our upstairs for over a week due to an issue. We moved in August of 2020 and the upstairs was 80+ degrees. We have issues with our entire home not heating and cooling properly. It has since been determined that our ductwork will need to be ripped out and replaced and we will be getting all new systems installed because what we have is too small for our home. We have had temperature variations throughout our home for over a year anywhere from 7-10 degrees. Our electric bills have been through the roof as well. We had so many different techs out over the course of a year giving us the total run around that nothing was wrong. It finally took a third party vendor, hired from the builder to determine all of the issues and get Allied to fix it. We have received no compensation for this due to crazy electric bills and took numerous out of pocket actions to reduce costs such as tinting loft windows, installing top notch fans, blackout curtains, etc. This has been the case for almost EVERY home in our neighborhood. This could have been completely avoided by having knowledgeable techs do the install and attention to detail from the company.

In addition to this we had allied install a humidifier for us in March to remain under builder warranty this was required if we wanted to add a humidifier. We turned it on in September and it it already broken. Luckily, we are still under warranty for that product.

I am writing this as a warning to anyone who may be considering using them for any services. They are stretched thin and hiring techs without knowledge or experience and are chasing the $$$ instead of quality work. I would hire a smaller, local mom and pop business before them and if they do any work for you please get a second opinion.

Summer, I am sorry about your problems.  The issues with your system are way bigger than Allied.  You might want to know who really is at fault before you put this out there.  This goes back to the initial design which we have nothing to do with.

I had an issue with my AC and airflow into my daughters room. James and Darren were sent out to my home. To say how great they were would be an understatement. They got the airflow and AC fixed and running properly and my daughter is so happy. James had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything they did. Him and Darren were also very kind to my daughter and did not mind my daughter following them around and asking them questions. They were great. I would give 10 stars just for them. However, the office staff was kind of rude and I felt rushed off the phone before explaining the full issue. I would use James and Darren again but would not enjoy talking to the office staff

Lillian, I am happy to hear that our technicians were kind and took care of your airflow issue.  I am sorry for your experience with our office staff.  This is the first I have heard someone say this about our office staff.  We have had some turnover there recently but I believe we have some great people in those positions now. Not sure what on earth happened but the ac unit they installed is making a horrible screeching sound. Like a nail is being scraped along something inside. It's emmenating this horrible smell almost like a gas leak or something. If I didn't know any better, I'd think there was an animal stuck inside of it. I tried to call to get the guy to come back and theyre saying its my fault (I've only had this ac unit for two days and haven't messed with it. Its been making the sound since the guy left).

I'm having a different company come in to check. Will update once I have more news.

EDIT: not sure what animal was stuck in the unit by that's what the noise was coming from. The whole unit had to be scrapped because of the crusted blood within the unit.

Our furnace wouldn’t start during a major snow storm and their technician Cody could not make it down our street as the snow plows did not plow. Cody offered to help me via text messaging. I sent him a photo of the furnace and he walked me through the steps to start the furnace. I asked him to send me an invoice and he refused since he did not actually come and do the service. A great company hires and trains great employees and this was a very satisfying experience.  When someone asks me if I have an HVAC company Allied is the one for me.

I called this company on Sunday morning after having issues with my air conditioning and hoping for a quick resolution. They responded with I need to turn my AC off and fan on to met the ice/frost issue and they would call my Monday morning to get me on the schedule and come for a visit.  At 1pm I still did not receive a call, and called to follow up.  I was told it would be an initial charge of 90 dollars for just scheduling the visit itself and they wouldn’t be available until Wednesday.  I called Parker Heating and Air who was able to diagnosis my visit for free, over the phone, without even visiting my place.

James, I am sorry that we were not able to get to you quickly on Monday morning.  Unfortunately Mondays get crazy after the weekend.  I am glad Parker Heating & Air was able to solve it for you over the phone.  Best of luck.  Shawn

Allied was very responsive in addressing my concerns.  Initially thought it was just going to be a tune up.  But they discovered there there were larger problems with my system that they took the time to completely address.  The tech Cory was very friendly and made sure I knew everything he was going while he was at our home.  Would happily use them again for any HVAC needs and will recommend them to others needing HVAC work as well.
