  Tropical Comfort installed an A/C Unit for my home and a Split Unit in my garage. The A/C unit went in without an issue. However, we had an issue with the split unit. It was installed without the WiFi capability I requested. When I contacted the owner, Carlos … he said he would resolve the issue. 2 weeks later they installed the correct unit. I tell you this because it is easy for a company to offer “Good” customer service when everything goes well, but the true test of “Outstanding “ service is how the company responds when there is a Mixup or a problem. I Thank Tropical Comfort for providing Outstanding Service.

  A+ prices and quality! From the sales/scheduling to the service technician. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products. Their response to service calls is beyond the average HVAC companies. I am happy with my new A/C System. Thanks for a job well done!!!
