  Completed the job in one day, professional, qualified workers. Both Bobbie and his worker (didn't get his name) worked non-stop throughout the day. Knowledgable, great service and competitive cost. I would highly recommend this company.

  Highly recommend. I'm from Chicago and have been seasonal for 13 years and found it difficult to find reliable and professional services in any trades. Been having heating and cooling problems and have had several companies analysis. Back bay heating and cooling bottom line gave me the best service and competitive pricing of all. Excellent technician and part owner Bob who has many years of experience hands down is the best. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 12. Do yourself a favor and call them .

  Thank you Bobby with Back Bay Heating & Cooling. He came by on a Sunday afternoon when we got home to our AC not working. The house was almost 90 degrees!!. I have a newborn who needed to go to sleep but couldn't because of the heat. Bobby was there and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. LIFE SAVER. I highly recommend this company.
