  Tim and the rest of the family and team were a pleasure to work with. Courteous, expedient, skilled, and quality conscious. My old system was beyond service and they had the new system in very quickly. They answered the phone when I called and were responsive with quotes, invoices and appointments. Showed up on time and were very friendly. Prices were competitive but in the end, great workmanship and value. Even the town inspector spoke highly of them, but still did a thorough inspection and was pleased with the work. My new installation was a great improvement over my old system, meeting all the current installation codes and standards.

  Comfort Solutions has been providing prompt service on my aging AC for years. As opposed to other companies who pressured me to buy a new unit, they've accurately diagnosed the problem and provided the reasonably-priced repairs necessary to keep the old unit running for 5 years. Eventually, the unit reached its end of life. Comfort Solutions quoted me an installation quickly and scheduled it for the following day. Day of installation was a Friday, and it was monsooning, so they came out on Saturday and installed it. Price was fair, our tech Cody was friendly and competent, installation was quick and professional, and the new unit runs flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anybody.

  Had an overall great experience. Tim and Cody were very thorough and professional in their explanation and instruction on our new Ruud system. The installers were very polite and respectful of our space and property. Then to top it off they got us a great deal! Will highly recommend.
