I was using Tracey for years, never had a problem at first. We used him on many of our properties and gave him multiple referrals. Starting over a year ago we had him do a brand new install for one of our properties. He didn't keep true to his word of being on time and the work performed was very poor quality and we asked him to fix it multiple times, resulting in us hiring someone else to come fix his poor work. Then about 4 months ago we had a unit go out that needed full replacement inside and out. He was quick to come out and assess the issue and replace the unit however he never finished the job, leaving trash all over my property I had to clean, we paid him over 500 dollars for new thermostats in which he never installed nor gave us the money back for. Our brand new 4 month old unit went out a week ago and I had to call another service to come fix it. Tracey has been ignoring my texts, and phone calls since June when he wouldn't replace my thermostats or give me my money back. I have called from other numbers that he immediately answered promised to show up and then has never showed up and stopped answering from those numbers. He has blocked my phone number as well. So much for labor warranty and I'm out my 500 bucks on the thermostats. He even asked me to write him checks in his personal name because he was going through a divorce and didn't want his wife to have access to the money we were paying him, so we did. He has lost tens of thousands of dollars of business from us. Poor, poor professionalism. What a shame.

Tracey came on a warranty call for us about 12 weeks ago. Said he was ordering a part for our heating unit that he installed. We have not heard from him since. I have left voice mails, emails and texts, but no response. So, for over half the winter, we had no heat. My 80 year mother, who lives with us, had to wear several layers to stay somewhat warm. I do not understand why a company would do someone that way. I guess he got his money and did not want to honor his one year warranty.

These two guys are great, friendly service professionals. Quick to respond to my AC service request, on time and efficient in their work at a very reasonable charge! My system like me is old, but they didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. Showed me a before and after service. I will call them again!
