  Review by Brent R. in Strawberry Plains, TN Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump We had gone without AC for two weeks because of other hvac companies would not come out or return my calls. Mr. Koontz came out the next morning, he evaluated my need and gave me a recommendation, followed by a quote the next morning. The next day as promised he showed up and work late that day to make sure I had AC that night then came out the next morning to finish up the heating part, which I still havenâ t used yet. I highly recommend Koontz, fast, friendly and affordable quality work.
