  865 HVAC was great! Great service! Saved me a lot of time and money. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a honest and reliable company to work on your heat and air. Our units are only 5 years old and I called a different company to take a look and was told we needed 4200 worth of repairs. 865 HVAC looked at it for a second option and it turns out there is nothing wrong with our units. It was a minor problem and it was fixed quickly. Extremely happy we called them!!

  I called TJ on a Sunday afternoon, he had his tech at my house the following Monday. I left a key out for him, he handled everything professionally and respectfully, leaving everything as it was. They fixed the issue promptly and my AC was back up and running within 2 hours. TJ sent me the techs diagnosis and repair with pic of issue. I highly recommended 865 HVAC to anyone needing a reliable and professional company.

  They came out and we're very professional very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Unfortunately we're not able to complete the repair but we're very willing back and finish it and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I'll definitely call them and use them again in the future.
