A great place to work and they transportation for the western piedmont region, also April will make sure that customer are safe and her employees practice social distancing.

Came by this location to visit the Veteran's Services office. Easy to find, parking right up front, the VA's office was small but easy to find. No complaints, Mr. Pearsall was knowledgeable and informative, he did a wonderful job explaining the process to us. Will have no hesitation about having to come back to this location when necessary!

This place has been a thorn in my side ever since I was 18 years old they got to know your whole life story they give you a hard time for trying to raise your kids on your own the ones who needed their kids taken away for doing drinking and doing drugs they never took their kids away the ones that were doing right and trying to take care of their kids they gave them a hard time and kept threatening to take their kids away you call up there because you've got a problem it takes him a week to call you back so you're better off to just drive up there to the office in the first place if you have a question to ask your worker

They will tell you one thing one day and something totally different the next just depends on who you're speaking with. And if your a divorcé single parent it is a nightmare to receive benefits for your child especially if you are a male. I don't get that one. What happened to equality everyone?

As a senior citizen whose income is constrained and a resident of Transylvania County, this agency has provided me access to benefits and sound advice and guidance on how to manage them. They are professional, unobtrusive and highly effective. Do not hesitate to call on them.

The receptionists and other staff are really nice and helpful. The wait times can be long depending on what you're there for. I've rarely waited less than 20 minutes.

The staff have always been very informative and helpful. Occasionally the person working the reception desk seems sort of clueless.
