Our refrigerator stopped working in August. Under warranty. They came out and said we needed parts. Some were not under warranty. We paid them for the parts and labor. We had four scheduled appointments over three months for them to make repairs. They NEVER showed up. Always canceled on the day. Never a reason. We finally had to buy another refrigerator.
