  Install Lennox Heat Pump and Air handler with Smart Thermostat The people at Mac Heating & Air are professional, on time, and with high quality Lennox heat pump and air handling equipment. The installation went smoothly and clean up was spotless. They handled Duke Energy rebates and permits. I am very satisfied with the product and service. I recommend Mac Heating & Air.

  We had an emergency at our home in Maggie Valley where our heating unit out over the weekend and temperatures outside were in the single digits. MAC said they have 24-hour service but when the technician called me back he simply said we aren’t taking new customers. It seems strange they would market an after hours support team when they really won’t come out for most people.
