  Called last Friday to locate a warranty 4 ton compressor, they said they would have to order it. Called back Monday to order it and asked them lady why they are not keeping them in stock and she said "we just moved 2 of them out of here today, it is an in demand item." Ummm, I just called the day before and was told it would take a day or more to get it. Show up today to pick it up and am told it won't be here until 130 possibly. Good thing the guy has two systems. Surely this cannot help the local reputation, if this client did not have two systems, he would be without AC in July because of lack of parts availability.
