  Our residential boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Total Plumbing returned our voice message and set up a service call time that AM. The tech was very pleasant, explaining what he was doing as he made the parts change out. With our heat restored we are very satisfied with the service we received.

  Wish I could give this company zero stars. They started out being nice, came and gave a reasonable estimate. We did everything on our part to have the area ready for Total Plumbing to come in and put in some water pipes. They blew us off for a week, so we called to see what was going on and did they want our business? He proceeded to say, "Okay, then. We don't want the job". Really? This is how you run a company? Unless you have a very large job for them or are a millionaire, this company will treat you like dirt. BEWARE!!

  These guys have been great to work with for both commercial and residential work. Their work is always high quality and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with everyone there. A+!!!
