  Tim did a fantastic job with not only assessing the situation, but describing in detail the process of clean-up. He and the rest of the staff were professional, punctual, and left me feeling assured that this unexpected, stressful situation would be taken care of ASAP. Not only did they do a great job, but the peace of mind that they were able to provide was priceless.
