  This company is all about customer service! I was new to dispatch software on the day we went live, these people are so knowledgeable & helpful. Thermogrid has so many feature to help service contractors run their business. The staff is so friendly! Corey is the best, have worked with Travis, Alex & Mary. I give them 5 stars.

  Thermogrid is a great software for the Heating & Air Conditioning contractors, an all in one solution that replaced three systems we were using. Mary was great helping us get through training and took time to make sure we understood everything and were ready to go on the first day. Would recommend for any service company!!!

  After what seemed like an endless search for the right software for my HVAC business I landed on Thermogrid and couldn't be any happier with my decision. They offered everything that I was looking for in a CRM and a whole lot more that I didn't know I needed. What stands out most to me is the customer service. Travis, Mary and the whole team at Thermogrid have been beyond helpful while we continue to learn how to use the software. Best customer service in the business.
