  I had used Total Care Heating and Air in the past to service my furnace. My furnace suddenly stopped working on a Saturday. I still had Zach's card and gave him a call. He was at my house and inspecting my furnace within a half hour of calling him. It turned out my furnace was 30 years old and beyond repair. Zach came back with a new furnace the next morning (which was a Sunday) at 8am and installed my furnace as quickly as humanly possible. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism during the entire experience. I would gladly recommend Total Care Heating and Air to all my family and friends. Thank you Zach

  A friend of ours recommended Total Care Heating and Air for a furnace issue, Zach came by immediately and helped us out. After talking with him and determining that because of the age and brand of our system, and the availability of parts for it in the future we decided to replace it all! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his quote, and had our Furnace and AC changed out in 1 day.   Zach came to my house to fix my water heater after two other companies failed to do so. He was very professional and on time. Zach had parts on hand and ended up replacing the gas valve on it. I had hot water the same day thanks to him. We need more people knowledgable about equipment they are working with like zach. Thanks sir
